8. All sales are final. For the monthly subscription option, your account will automatically incur monthly payments at the initial purchase price for the life of the subscription. For the annual subscription option, your account will automatically renew 1 year after activation and every year thereafter at the current yearly price. If our attempts to charge your account are unsuccessful, we reserve the right to continue to attempt to charge your account for up to 14 days following the date our first attempt failed. Users have the option to upgrade from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription. Users who request and agree to such an upgrade before the first renewal of their monthly license will receive an annual subscription at a prorated rate, and their subscription will be valid for one year from the original purchase date. For users requesting and agreeing to upgrade after the first renewal of their monthly license; the monthly license will be cancelled, a new one year subscription will be started, effective as of the new purchase date, and the user will be charged the going rate for the new annual subscription. 9. Concreteideas.com is licensed on a nonexclusive and nontransferable basis. For members signing a 6 month or 1 year agreement. The approved and original signup price will be required to be paid out until the balance of the agreement.
Early termination of the agreement will require the user to complete the terms of the payment structure in monthly billing or a one time payment to complete the contract terms
10. End User has had an opportunity to review The ideas media group Inc Privacy Policy.
11. This License and all related actions shall be governed by Texas law.
12. End User acquires only the right to use this Website and does not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the website other than those specified in this License. The ideas media group Inc shall at all times retain all rights, title, and interest, including intellectual property rights in this website.
13. End User agrees that this Website will only be used in accordance to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is being used.
14. Information contained in this agreement is subject to change without notice and does not represent a commitment or contracted obligation on the part of The ideas media group Inc to notify or contact the End User when changes are made.
