When dealing with a concrete substrate that is in fairly good condition but is either stained or cracked and needs a face lift, thin resurfacing systems are the answer.
Specially designed thin resurfacing systems can cover and decorate poorly finished concrete.
Starting with a gray or white base, thin resurfacing systems can be integrally colored, topically stained or dyed, or coated with a pigment based sealer.
Once the concrete surface which is going to be decorated is prepared and cleaned, a thin resurfacing system product can be installed. Often times these systems are troweled, or floated over the surface of the concrete in multiple thin coats.
Once the product is dry decorative saw cuts, colors or specialty finishes can be installed.
It is also common to apply an exterior grade sealer system to protect the finish and allow for easy cleanup and ongoing maintenance if desired.
