- Stamped Concrete
Through the process of stamping concrete, natural and beautiful textures such as granite, slate, stone, and brick are duplicated with incredible realism. - Concrete Resurfacing
Plain grey concrete, whether new or old, can be quickly transformed into a colourful and exciting textured surface with the Increte Spray-Deck System. Resistant to mildew, thermal shock, and most chemicals, it provides a durable, easy to maintain surface for an endless variety of indoor and outdoor applications. Competitive Concrete was established in 1993 by owner Dan Sheremeta. As of June 2002, Competitive Concrete has changed it's name to Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete. With high standards and a commitment to quality, Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete has grown steadily over the years, and now possesses a client list which includes The Richmond Auto Mall, The North Shore Auto Mall, The Vancouver International Airport, and Cypress Mountain to name a few.
Dan believes that expertise, gained through experience and training, is one of the primary reasons for his company's success. Prior to establishing Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete, Dan worked with his brother Tom Sheremeta, for ten years, pouring and finishing concrete in the Okanagan. Along with several years of experience in the concrete industry, Dan has also been certified by the American Concrete Institute. The other members of the Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete team have many years of concrete experience as well. 
In 1995, Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete became an Increte licensed installer. Increte offers an ongoing array of seminars and training sessions to its distributors and licensed installers at its corporate headquarters in Tampa Bay, Florida. Dan and other members of the Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete team have traveled down to Increte's headquarters and attended these seminars once or twice a year, since Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete became an Increte licensed installer. Attendance at these seminars has kept the Pacific Sun Decorative Concrete team on top of their game and has insured that they are up to date with the latest techniques and procedures in the rapidly advancing decorative concrete industry.
