While California Surface Solutions’ primary specialization is stamp overlay and commercial interior resurfacing, they also offer decorative concrete staining, concrete polishing, custom garage floors, commercial and industrial floor coating, rock restoration, efflorescence removal, and surface preparation. Both exterior and interior concrete designs are offered.
Middleton also guarantees his company’s work. In the past three years, he’s had only one failure which was later traced back to the manufacturer’s lot and was the result of an expired shelf life.
The decorative concrete Middleton installs can last for years. In fact, there are products he installed 10 and 15 years ago that still have the original overlay and look attractive. Normal wear and tear, however, is to be expected.
One of the keys to Middleton’s success, which is evident in the fact that the vast majority of his work is secured from word of mouth, is the fact that he loves what he does, and that shows through in every project he and his team complete.
"You must enjoy what you do and we thoroughly enjoy what we do,” Middleton says, “We have fun doing it. If you’re doing it just to make a buck, get out of the business. If you are passionate about it, it shows in your work.”
